AfDB Don Approve $20 Million For Investment In Renewable Energy

African Development Bank (AfDB) don finally approve $20 million investment for Metier Sustainable Capital International Fund II, wey be company wey dey like invest for energy projects for Africa. According to dia tori on Tuesday, AfDB talk say d investment go support energy and resource projects for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

One of AfDB’s oga Mr Wale Shonibare, talk say “Metier get beta experience to develop and finance renewable energy projects and dem get strong Southern Africa people for dia back”.

Oga Shonibare talk say d investment go reduce financing limitation for renewable energy sector. According to AfDB, d funding go add extra 178.5 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy.
